Fix It Rob! for iPhone

Rob Pro subscription
Rob Pro is a monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID, with a free trial for new subscribers. Apple handles all payments; we never see your card details.
- Cancel. Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Fix It Rob!, and tap Cancel. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. You keep access until the period ends.
- Restore on a new phone. Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app, and tap Restore Purchases on the Rob Pro screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
Rob found nothing, or the wrong thing. Rob analyzes only what is visible in the photo. Get closer, add light, and photograph one problem at a time. Rob is built to say "looks fine" rather than invent a problem, and every report is a planning-level estimate, not an inspection.
The costs look off for my area. Cost ranges are priced for the city and state under Profile. Check that they are set correctly.
Where is my scan history? On your phone only, under History. It is never uploaded, so deleting the app deletes it.
The Pros tab shows no results. Contractor search runs through Apple Maps using your location. Allow location access for Fix It Rob! in iOS Settings.
A scheduled repair is not in my calendar. Allow calendar access for Fix It Rob! in iOS Settings.
Privacy
No accounts, no ads, no trackers. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what the app handles and what stays on your phone.
